Forum Banners/Cover Art Issues

Hello everyone @ Lysithea 

I am learning still how to best update everyone on whats important and what is going around the site, I was given feedback about posts underperforming or just not generally being interesting enough in this forums. 

Unfortunately as I look for artists to design cover art for each forums we experience a glitch that prevents new art from being shown even after being uploaded. I am currently investigating this but can't give a good date as far as when a solution might be. I will likely fix this issue after updating the sites backend from its current version to its 5.0 to come later.
