  • PROMOTIONS
You might ask yourself, as a recruit or a marine already how do I get promoted? The answer is dedication. Quantitative measured metrics in ONI's analytical theater but, endearment in the things the branch does and all units are capable of, following our core values. While we perform monthly reviews as staff it will always come down to the sociable, role model and leaders that shine to enjoy Halo for its fun with friends. This dedication to the cause you put yourself to will grant you the honor needed to prevail.

Luckily, since the inception of the newly formed prerequisite we've identified those who want to go above and beyond but are limited in the ways we naturally do things. We allow completion of 2/3 requirements listed for the rank you want, you can earn that rank laterally in a regular promotion. For soldiers that want to prove a point and complete all 3/3 requirements you will be awarded, in credits and medal in a ceremonial promotion.
